Astronomdagarna is a conference that gathers astronomers from across Sweden. It was held in Lund during October 2-4, 2024, with over 120 people attending.
The national conference Astronomdagarna is held every other year, with different universities taking turns on hosting the conference. Back in 2022 the Astronomdagarna conference was held in Gothenburg. Last time the conference was here in Lund was back in 2013.
With over 120 participants attending this year the conference took place in the LUX Aula, which was big enough to accommodate all the astronomers. The conference dinner was held at Vattenhallen Science Center.
